  • Your glow starts at home - prep matters.

    • hydrate: drink plenty of water and moisturize daily with an oil-free lotion.

    • the day before your appoinTMENT: shower, shave, and exfoliate using an exfoliating mitt or glove. skip scrubs - they can leave residue that blocks your tan.

    • day of your tan: arrive with clean, bare skin - no make up, deodorant, perfume, lotions, or oils.

    • what to wear: dark, loose clothing is best. long pants and sleeves help prevent transfer from skin-to-skin contact.

    prep well = smoother, longer lasting glow.

  • look for gentle, hydrating, and low-residue products. always check ingredients

    these ingredients will fade your tan faster: mineral oil, sulfates & parabens, alcohol and heavy fragrance

    when in doubt - simple & clean always wins

  • easy, private, and judgement-free

    • what to wear: whatever you’re comforTABLE in - nude, undergarments, or a swimsuit. disposable undergarments are provided at no extra charge

    • you’ll undress to your comfort level.

    • i’ll apply a ph-balancing spray and barrier cream.

    • you’ll recieve two custom coats, blended and dried as we go so nothing is missed.

    • you’ll be fully dried with air + my signature finishing powder so you leave dry, not sticky.

  • your glow needs a little tlc

    • wear dark, loose clothing (long sleeves/pants are best) to prevent transfer or streaking.

    • i’ll give you a personalized rinse time based on your tan and your schedule.

    • at rinse time:

      • use warm (not hot) water

      • rinse with hands only - no soap, loofah or washcloth

      • rinse until the water runs clear (this is just bronzer - not your tan!)

    • pat dry and apply a spray tan safe moisturizer.

    • your tan will continue to develop over 24-48 hours

    • after 24 hours, you may shower normally and moisturize daily.

    hydrate inside + out = better glow

  • with proper care, your tan can last 7-10 days

    • moisturize daily with a spray tan safe lotion

    • drink plenty of water

    • avoid loofahs, washcloths, exfoliation, and long water submersion

    • minimize heavy sweating when possible

    you’ll recieve a text after your appointment with your exact rinse time and first-shower instructions.

  • sun, salt and swimsuits - i’ve got you.

    • all of my tans are sweat resistant, which helps the tan absorb a bit deeper

    • after swimming in any body of water, rinse off when you can.

    • gently pat dry (don’t rub) and apply a spray tan safe moisturizer.

    ocean days don’t have to mean disappearing glow.

  • short answer: no

    spray tan solution is not one-size-fits-all, just like foundation.

    this is where a custom, hand-sprayed tan makes all the difference.

    • different solutions have different bases that react to skin undertones.

    • my job is to choose the solution that complements your skin for a natural looking tan.

    • skin can only absorb so much dha - more isn’t always better.

    • this is why rinse times matter and should never be exceeded.

    the result: a glow that looks like you, just sun-kissed!

  • I totally understand - life happens.

    • please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations and reschedules.

    • appointments canceled or rescheDULED within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

    • reschedules are considered cancellations.

    this policy helps protect my time and ensure availability for all clients

  • yes - mobile appointments are available by request only.

    this allows me to fully tailor the experience to you, your location, and your needs.

    • i offer mobile spray tans through out the twin cities and surrounding areas.

    • all mobile appointments include a $90 base service fee plus $0.75 per mile from my location.

    • this ensures you receive the full good girl glow co experience - professional set up, premium products, and seamless, in-home convenience.

    not sure if you’re with in range? fill out a mobile request form and i’ll follow up with in 24 hours with availability and travel pricing before you book.

  • DHA (Dihydroxyacetone) is the active ingredient in spray tan solution. It reacts with the outer layer of your skin to create a sun-kissed glow - no uv exposure needed.

    • it does not penetrate past the surface of the skin

    • approved by the fda for external use

  • yes - for my safety, i currently accept male clients by referral only from an exsisting client.

  • No - please avoid all soap until 24 hours after your appointment.

    this includes:

    • shampoo & conditioner

    • body wash

    • face wash

    soap too soon can disrupt tan development.

  • yes - just timing matters. all beauty services should be completed at least 24 hours before your spray tan.

    this includes (but isn’t limited to):

    • waxing

    • facials

    • hair

    • nails

    • massage

  • about 40 minutes from start to finish for a new client. once we’ve dialed in on your perfect glow, appointments often move quicker - unless we’re chatting, which happens a lot.

  • a card on file is required to book.

    • in-home studio appointments: pay at time of booking or at the time of your service.

    • mobile appointments: pay at the time of service, or I can run your card after mileage is added so it’s just one convenient transaction.

      cards on file can be run after your appointment

    • cash and venmo are also accepted

  • Yes, kind of! every client reaps the benefits of being loyal! your first tan is $70, every tan after that with in the month is $15 off!

    you’ll see an option when booking called the “loyalty rebook”. This is what you’ll book if you’re back for more before the month ends!

    returning client? mention that it’s for your birthday in the reason for tan and you’ll receive a heavy discount ;)

  • i offer a sweat- resistant (not sweat proof) solution and recommend it if you:

    • work out regularly

    • sweat more

    • plan to be in water

    that said:

    • your tan is not sweat-resistant until fully developed

    • avoid workouts until after you rinse

    • for best results, wait as close to 24 hours as possible

  • yes - while I don’t sell products online, you can view everything ahead of time on my storefront page.

  • Yes - to plan a tanning party, please reach out so i can create a private booking link for your group. this helps ensure only your confirmed guests are scheduled.

    3-10 people $70 each

    11+ people $60 each

    to keep booking simple, $70 is due at time of booking for each individual. If 11 or more individuals are booked at least 24 hours prior to the party, $10 will be refunded to each individual with in 24 hours after the party, bringing the total to $60 per person.
