  • exfoliate 24-48 hours before your appointment

  • shave at least 24 hours prior

  • arrive with clean, dry skin

  • no lotion, deodorant, makeup, or oils

  • wear loose, dark clothing

  • rinse at the correct time

  • avoid water/sweat for 24 hours

  • moisturize daily

  • pat dry, don’t rub
